World War Two
More photos, except this time from a recent WWII reenactment held in Lowell, IN (my home town). I have a lot of pictures from just one day, and I'll be continuing to post more from that event and hopefully other events as well.
I am taking a small break from reenacting personally to get a chance to photograph the hobby like I used to. These people are amazing, they go through great lengths to be as historically accurate as possible no matter what side they portray. If you get the chance, keep an eye out for any WWII events in your area. If you're lucky, you'll also get a chance to meet WWII veterans.
Any kind of political affiliation
More pictures to come
It's time to get active in DA!
Recently took a trip to Chicago with my girlfriend and my best friend. I took a ton of pictures, so you will be seeing more from me soon. In the mean time, enjoy the ones i posted so far.
As far as the watermarks are concerned, I'm sorry. I never liked looking at artwork with watermarks, but quite simply i need to protect my work. I am developing a less distracting watermark to place on all my images, but in the mean time, I'm just using the one provided by DA.
quickie
been at camp Atterbury lately (army national guard base currently in use for deployments) and I've been tasked with creating a brochure for MWR (moral, welfare, and recreation). It's a lot of fun. I'm posting pics soon. Now, they're nothing awesome, but its a step back into photography. Sadly though, i still don't own a digital camera, I'm using theirs.
cheers
Google it!
haven't done a journal entry in a while, but this seemed too good to pass up.
the rules (i was confused a bit when i first read them)
go to google, search each phrase, copy the first result from each one. tag 3 friends. oh, and use your real first name; if i'm using mine, you can use yours...
1.Type in (with quotes) "[your name] needs" in the Google search:
Lyle needs to change because the kids r bored with the work.
...well they just need to learn to quit complaining and get back to work...
2.Type in "[your name] looks like" in Google search:
If Lyle looks like anyone, it's Oliver Reed.
...it's the chin...
3.Type in "[your name] s
